In-Home Personal Fitness Training

My name is Patrick Earley and I am an ACSM-Certified Health/Fitness Instructor. Welcome to my web site.

Training Style

Your training program will be highly customized to meet your specific needs and goals, by combining weight training, aerobics, yoga, core strengthening, massage therapy and stretching. It doesn’t take me long to determine your level of motivation. With most workouts, you will be taken just beyond that point to ensure progression. Working all the major muscle groups, keeping your heart rate up, burning maximum calories — I will keep you motivated and boring routines will never be an issue!

Train at Home!

Avoid crowded gyms, waiting for equipment, group showers and dressing rooms, monthly dues and initiation fees. I will come to you in the comfort and privacy of your own home. The equipment you will need is simple. You will be provided with specialized training which will cover every area of concern with a stability ball, a set of dumbbells, maybe a few exercise bands, and several hundred ways to use them all. Your equipment will cost less than $200!

Experienced

As one of the founders of Lake Chelan Fitness, a health club in Chelan, Washington, I became a certified personal fitness trainer in 1988 and trained clients 10-15 hours per week for the next 14 years. In 2002 I went through an intensive educational program, earned my certification from the American College of Sports Medicine® (the “gold standard” of certifications), and began training full time. I have logged over 1200 training hours in the past year!
